Meet the Board

Ross Williams is the Managing Director of the Forest business and now has BSL and MLPT reporting into him due to his extensive experience in the contracting world. Ross’ leadership and knowledge of the marketplace will enable us to further grow in a part of the market that holds great potential for us.

Terry Musson is the Managing Director of the Amberon business and also JT&M Signs. Terry has been instrumental in the rapid growth of the Amberon business and has been heavily involved in the professionalisation of the business, with many systems and process improvements put in place to enable the business to be reactive and adaptable. Amberon have ambitious growth plans which will see the business continue to expand its portfolio of depots.

Mike Hartman is responsible for the Group IT and Finance. He is also responsible for Procurement. His role within Finance will ensure consistency in reporting, corporate governance, treasury, audit and controls, amongst other functions. IT’s role is to ensure that the ‘lights’ are always on and that the applications are consistent with the needs of the organisation, whilst ensuring that these are working correctly and efficiently.

Dan East is responsible for driving growth through the Amberon business. Dan oversees the Commercial, Sales and Marketing functions of the business, identifying new opportunities and expanding the network of depot locations.

Working in both Corporate (FTSE 100) and Private Equity environments, Robin has over 20 years experience as a Managing Director/CEO leading multi-site operations across borders and cultures.

Robin also has a successful track record guiding sales growth, cost control and ensuring the whole business understands their individual and collective responsibilities. Robin has knowledge of mergers, acquisitions and implementing business integration, dealing with the challenges of planning, culture, pace and communication. Robin is responsible for strategic direction and supporting the executive team with implementation at Core Highways.
